Data Deletion

This page is the instructions channel for deleting personal data processed by Agateo Tecnologia, CNPJ 41.030.944/0001-99 (“Agateo”), in the Nuncie product.

It applies to the Nuncie website and app, including data received through Meta's official ads API. This is the data deletion instructions URL for the Meta dashboard.

Nuncie is a product of Agateo. The company's corporate website is at https://agateo.com.br.

How to request

1. Send an email to contato@nuncie.com with the subject “Data deletion”.
2. State that the request concerns Nuncie.
3. Provide the account email and, if you want to delete only part of it, describe what should be removed.
4. If the account is connected to Meta, provide the ad account or Page identifier, if you know it.
5. Agateo may ask for a simple identity confirmation before deleting the account.

You may also request deletion through the product's own account channel, when that option is available. The email above remains valid.

Timeframe

Agateo responds to the request and completes the deletion within 15 days of receiving the information needed to locate the account. Confirmation is sent back to the same email.

What is deleted

Account deletion covers, when they exist in Agateo's database:

• registration, profile and credentials;
• tokens and permissions of the connection with Meta's ads API;
• campaigns, creatives and audiences stored by Agateo;
• billing links that the law does not require to be kept.

If the request includes messages exchanged with contato@nuncie.com, that correspondence is also deleted, except what the law requires to be kept.

What may remain

Deletion does not cover data that Agateo has a legal duty to keep, in particular:

• tax documents and accounting records, for the periods set by Brazilian law;
• application access records, for the period set by the Marco Civil da Internet, kept in a protected manner and separate from campaign content;
• the minimum necessary to investigate fraud, defend rights in legal proceedings or comply with an order from an authority.

Data that exists only in Meta's systems is not deleted by this request. To remove the app's access, disconnect Agateo in Meta's business settings and use Meta's own data tools. Deletion made here removes what Agateo stores and ends the use of the tokens under Agateo's control.

After deletion

A deleted account can no longer operate the product. Campaigns and Meta connections linked to that account at Agateo are stopped. New use requires a new account and a new authorization on Meta's platforms.
